Music Instruction
The entire second level of our new location on Mississaga Street in Orillia is devoted to music instruction. We now offer several private lesson rooms complete with amplifiers and instruments. Our lesson rooms are soundproof and interruption-free, ensuring you get the music instruction you deserve.
Our teaching staff are very experienced and helpful, teaching skill levels from absolute beginner to advanced theory. We currently offer instruction in guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums.

Equipment Rentals
Planning an event? Come to True North Music for all of your rental equipment needs. We can supply you with lighting, mixers, instruments, amplification, speakers, monitors, microphones, direct boxes and more to make your show a success. Most rentals are available by the day, week or month.
Repairs and Service
Our service department will work with you to help diagnose and repair any equipment problems you may have. Our high-quality repair work and attention to detail make sure you get everything back to the way you want it. Buy, Sell or Trade
We are always looking for used inventory. We will pay top dollar for your quality used guitars, basses, drums, effects, PA equipment or amplifiers. We also accept trade-ins towards the purchase of in-stock new and used equipment. Additionally, if you would like to sell your used instrument in our store, we offer reasonable consignment rates and great results.
